Step-by-step guide on how to sell your product on Konga:
Step 1: Register as a Seller
- Visit the Konga Seller HQ website at https://www.konga.com/help/sell-on-konga and click on “Register Now” to create an account.
- Fill in your store name, url, description, personal details and contact information.
- Review and accept the seller agreement, then submit your registration.
- You will recieve a merchant registration email verification
Step 2: Complete Verification
- Login to your SellerHQ Account at https://shq.konga.com/account/login
- Complete the Getting Started Page to get your products on site.
- Read the Merchant Orientation Guide.
- Complete the Orientation assessment.
- Upload a clear and visible valid means of identification (International Passport, driver’s license, Permanent voters card or National ID). Upload an actual picture of yourself i.e passport format on your SellerHQ profile page of the name on the contact details. Picture size is 254 by 256 pixel (Please note that the image used for your SellerHQ profile picture should be similar and not exactly to the image displayed on your proof of identification).
- Register for Konga Pay (your bank account details).
Step 3: Set Up Your Store
- Log in to your SellerHQ account at https://shq.konga.com/account/login
- Navigate to the “Product” section and start uploading your product
Step 4: Pricing and Promotions
1. Adjust product prices to remain competitive and attractive to customers.
2. Participate in Konga’s promotional campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
Step 5: Fulfill Orders
1. When a customer places an order, you’ll receive a notification via SellerHQ and email.
2. Pack the product securely following Konga’s packaging guidelines.
3. Print the shipping label provided by Konga and attach it to the package.
Step 6: Shipping and Delivery
1. Choose a shipping method (KExpress or self-fulfillment) and specify delivery timelines.
2. If using KExpress, drop off the package at a KExpress center or schedule a pickup.
Step 7: Customer Service
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
2. Keep customers informed about order status and tracking information.
Step 8: Receive Payment
1. Once the customer receives the product and is satisfied, Konga will process your payment.
2. Payments will be deposited into your registered bank account according to your chosen payment schedule.
Step 9: Monitor Performance
- Regularly check your SellerHQ account to track orders, sales, and customer feedback.
- Make improvements based on customer reviews and ratings to enhance your store’s reputation.
